Complaints

We are committed to building and maintaining positive, supportive relationships with parents and carers and believe that open communication is key to helping our pupils succeed. We always encourage families to contact us if they have any questions, concerns or worries so that we can work together to resolve them as quickly and positively as possible.

In most cases, concerns can be resolved informally through discussion with your child’s Pastoral and Welfare Lead. If further support is needed, concerns can then be discussed with a member of the SLT or the Headteacher.

Whilst we always aim to resolve matters collaboratively, we recognise that there may occasionally be situations where a formal complaint is necessary. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please refer to our Complaints Policy for full details of the process.
