Intervene Support Succeed

Values & Ethos

Our vision and ethos is at the heart of what we do as a school. Our philosophy is that all students are entitled to an education that meets their needs and prepares them for life’s opportunities, responsibilities and experiences. We offer our students a safe, welcoming and nurturning learning enviroment that is felxible enought to meet their individual needs. We celebrate difference and diversity, so that all young people can see themselves reflected and valued. We reinforce and promote British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. Students are given intensive support that develops their individaul abilities and helps them to recognise and grow their talents. Every student is given the support and opportnity to gain the skills, knowledge and cultural capital they need to access further education, employment or apprenticeship and be the very best version of themselves. Our vision and ethos are evident in our vision: intervene, support and succeed.
