The complaints procedure set out in this document has been agreed by the Governing Body of Music Stuff. The Department for Education recommends that every school should have a complaints procedure which should be made available, upon request, to Parents.
Like many other organisations, schools are no different in that the people that use them occasionally have complaints about the way in which they operate. Music Stuff is no different to other schools, in that complaints are received. Fortunately, complaints are infrequent and we are usually able to resolve them outside of any formal procedures, to the satisfaction of all concerned. You have the Staff and Governors assurance that all complaints will continue to be treated seriously, and in a confidential manner.
